Submission Guidelines

The Journal welcomes all submissions. The Journal will typically notify authors of our decision by email, but telephone may be used as well. If you decide to commit the article elsewhere, please notify the Journal as soon as possible.

The Journal is always accepting submissions for future volumes.

Additionally, the Journal accepts short-form submissions on any topic for our online companion website. If you would like to submit your piece specifically for online publication, please send it via email to the online editor. Please include "Submission for Online Journal" in the subject line.

Style and Format: The editors of the Saint Louis University Law Journal follow The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. We prefer citations in footnotes rather than endnotes. Footnotes should conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook.
