Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy

Aims & Scope

The Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy (Journal) is a student-edited publication, which shall publish two issues per year. At least one issue shall be based on a symposium co-hosted with the Center for Health Law Studies. Any published issue shall consist of legal and academic articles, intended to be of interest to public policymakers, practicing attorneys, legal scholars, and students. The Journal must be an open and uncensored forum for debate on issues of health care law and policy. Selection of articles for publication in each issue of the Journal will be made on the basis of the quality and substance of the articles by the Editorial Board, sometimes with the input and assistance of the Faculty Advisor(s).
